Fire Island Pines, located 4 miles off the coast of Long Island, is home to the birthplace of Disco and a long history as a gay vacation destination. FIP Ventures operates a majority of the Pines' commercial district including Hotel Ciel, Blue Whale, Canteen, Deck Pool, The RACK Gym, and Pavilion Night Club which is in the process of being rebuilt for the 2013 season.
